Shipping within Canada

We do NOT have any minimum orders on products, you can mix and match anything!

All orders are sent via Expedited Parcel Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Large pallet orders will be shipped via a transfer (trucking) company. Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Most orders are shipped from Winnipeg, MB and take about one business day to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Isolated and rural areas may take longer for delivery. There is a minimum shipping charge of $15.00 on any order.

You will be notified that we received your order and upon shipping your order you will be receiving a shipping/tracking number. Once an order is labelled as shipped, it cannot be altered, added to or stopped. IF you would like to 'add' to an order... another order MUST be placed. All orders are shipped as is and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged by shipping or damage by manufacturing (snazzy dog pet supply is not responsible for shipping damage) - see policies and procedures section for more information.

Certain products or orders are too large, fragile and / or heavy to be shipped by our standard methods. IF your package requires extra freight you will be notified via email or telephone call. FREE shipping on purchases of more than $300.00 for the month of December.

If a product is NOT available, then you will be notified via email or telephone call and your order will be adjusted or a credit will be issued.
